Exchange Policy

At Zivara Jewel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer an exchange facility to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2–3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange is applicable only in case of size issues, damaged items, or wrong product received.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items without original packaging or tags.

  • Customized or clearance-sale products (if applicable).

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support with your order ID and issue details.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product if requested.

  3. Once approved, the product will be picked up or you’ll be guided to return it.

  4. The replacement product will be dispatched after quality verification.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we bear the shipping cost.

  • For size or preference-based exchanges, shipping charges may apply.

⏳ Exchange Timeline

  • Exchange processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.
